Refund Policy

Effective date: February 9, 2026

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through ScopeFlag ("the Service"). We want you to be satisfied with your subscription, and we strive to be fair and transparent about refunds.

2. Free Plan

The ScopeFlag Free plan costs nothing to use. Since no payment is involved, no refund applies. You can use the Free plan indefinitely with no obligation to upgrade.

3. Paid Subscriptions

ScopeFlag offers paid subscription plans (e.g., Pro) billed on a monthly or annual basis. When you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • Your subscription begins immediately upon successful payment
  • You gain instant access to all features included in your plan
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan with its associated limits
  • Your project data is retained — nothing is deleted when you downgrade

5. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Within 7 days of initial purchase — If you are unsatisfied with the Pro plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. No questions asked.
  • Billing errors — If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., double-charged, charged after cancellation), we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
  • Extended service outage — If ScopeFlag experiences a prolonged outage (more than 72 consecutive hours) that prevents you from using paid features, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period.

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Subscription renewals after the 7-day initial purchase window (we recommend cancelling before your renewal date if you no longer need the service)
  • Partial months of usage
  • Dissatisfaction with features that were accurately described at the time of purchase

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@scopeflag.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of the charge
  • The reason for your refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the paid Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
